Job Posting Guidelines

JobzMall’s mission is to help job seekers and organizations connect with opportunity and the right people.These Job Posting Policy & Guidelines ("Guidelines") constitute a legally binding addendum to the JobzMall Terms of Service. These Guidelines govern the submission, display, classification, hosting, and discovery of job-related information available through the JobzMall platform ("Platform").

JobzMall strives to operate the Platform in good faith and to present job-related information in a manner that is useful, transparent, and fair to both job seekers and employers. Nothing in these Guidelines should be interpreted as limiting JobzMall’s ability to maintain the integrity, reliability, or security of the Platform.

1. PLATFORM NATURE & DATA SOURCES

1.1. Interactive Computer Service & Vertical Search Engine JobzMall operates as an interactive computer service and vertical job search and discovery engine. We host, aggregate, detect, and surface job-related information from multiple sources, including but not limited to:
  • individuals posting on behalf of employers ("Employer-Posted Jobs");
  • external career sites and application tracking systems ("Externally Linked Jobs");
  • third-party contributors, feeds, or data providers;
  • job seekers or community members;
  • automated systems that detect job-related signals;
  • publicly accessible employment or business information.
While JobzMall cannot guarantee the accuracy, origin, authorization, or ongoing maintenance of any job-related information, we make reasonable efforts to present information in a way that reduces confusion and helps users understand the nature and source of each listing.
1.2. Crawling & Technical ControlsJobzMall may use automated systems to access and detect job-related information from external sources that are publicly accessible and do not employ industry-standard technical exclusion mechanisms. JobzMall uses commercially reasonable efforts to respect:
  • robots.txt disallow rules;
  • noindex meta tags;
  • authentication, paywalls, or other access controls implemented by site operators.
Where such mechanisms are properly implemented, JobzMall will not rely on automated systems to access or surface job-related information from those locations.

2. JOB CLASSIFICATIONS

2.1. Employer-Posted Jobs (Hosted Jobs) Employer-Posted Jobs are listings submitted by individuals through a JobzMall Employer Account.
  • Identity Verification. JobzMall may verify the identity of a poster through email domain matching or comparable methods. Such verification confirms identity onlyand does not confirm the poster’s authority to represent any employer, unless expressly indicated.
  • Employer Responsibility. Employers are solely responsible for: the accuracy and legality of their postings; ensuring poster authorization; maintaining listing currency; and closing positions once filled.
  • Listing Duration.Employer-Posted Jobs remain active based on the Employer’s configured settings. JobzMall relies on the Employer to actively manage, update, or close their listings to reflect real-time availability. We do not guarantee that an active listing represents an open vacancy.
  • Application Processing. When a user applies to an Employer-Posted Job directly on JobzMall, JobzMall acts solely as a data processor to transmit the application to the contact information on file. We do not guarantee that the employer will review, receive, or respond to the application.
  • Data Retention. Application data submitted via the Platform is not stored indefinitely. To protect candidate privacy and maintain platform hygiene, JobzMall typically retains application materials for a limited operational period (generally around 90 days), after which such data may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise made inaccessible in accordance with JobzMall’s internal data-retention practices. Retention periods may vary, and nothing in these Guidelines guarantees storage, retrieval, or availability of any submission for a specific duration. Employers are responsible for promptly downloading and securing any candidate information they receive.
JobzMall is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any communications, interviews, offers, or employment relationships between employers and job seekers.
2.2. Externally Linked Jobs Externally Linked Jobs direct job seekers to an employer’s external application system or career portal.
  • Direct Source Priority. JobzMall prioritizes connecting candidates directly to the source. Wherever possible, Externally Linked Jobs bypass third-party intermediaries and link to the employer’s official career page or Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This description is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee regarding the sourcing path for any particular listing.
  • Snapshot Nature. Externally Linked Jobs reflect a data snapshotbased on the moment a job-related signal was detected. Because employers may modify, close, or fill positions at any time, availability on the employer’s external system may change after the snapshot is captured. JobzMall does not guarantee real-time accuracy.
2.3. Network-Sourced Jobs Network-Sourced Jobs are listings surfaced from multi-source signals, community submissions, public information, or job-related datasets.
  • No Authorization Implied. Network-Sourced Jobs may not have been posted directly by the referenced employer and may not be authorized or maintained by that employer.
  • As-Detected Basis. These listings are provided on an “as-detected” basis to assist users in discovering potential employers and roles. While JobzMall aims to surface active opportunities, the recruitment landscape changes rapidly, and JobzMall does not guarantee the current vacancy status of these external signals.

3. JOB POSTING RULES (ACCOUNT HOLDERS)

To support a safe and reliable experience for job seekers and employers, all Job Postings submitted or configured through an Employer Account must comply with the following Rules. JobzMall may remove, limit visibility of, or decline to display any Job Posting that violates these Rules.

3.1. Acceptable Job Content Job Postings must relate to a genuine employment opportunity or paid engagement. JobzMall may restrict or remove postings related to:
  • multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes;
  • unpaid roles where compensation is not clearly disclosed;
  • franchise sales or business opportunities requiring investment;
  • casting calls, talent solicitation, or modeling without verified agency status;
  • spam, deceptive, or misleading content.
3.2. Prohibited Content Job Postings must not:
  • require job seekers to pay fees as a condition of applying;
  • include offensive, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory content;
  • advertise products or services unrelated to the opportunity;
  • contain irrelevant keywords intended to manipulate search results;
  • violate any applicable anti-discrimination or employment laws.

3.3. Accuracy & Representation Job posters are solely responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and not misleading. JobzMall does not guarantee that any Job Posting is current, available, or employer-authorized unless expressly indicated.

3.4. No Duty to Monitor JobzMall may, but has no obligation to, monitor, verify, or review job-related information. While we aim to foster a safe and reliable environment, employers remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their postings.

3.5. No Legal Advice JobzMall does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory guidance. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that their Job Postings and hiring practices comply with all applicable laws (including but not limited to anti-discrimination and salary transparency laws).

3.6. Impersonation & Unauthorized Representation Employers and job posters must not impersonate any business, individual, or organization, or misrepresent their affiliation, authorization, or relationship to any employer. JobzMall may, in its discretion, remove or restrict Job Postings or Company Pages associated with suspected impersonation or unauthorized representation after verifying a report from an authorized representative. Because JobzMall does not verify employer authority except where expressly stated, JobzMall is not responsible for detecting or preventing impersonation and assumes no liability for any postings or activities submitted by third parties in violation of this Section.

3.7. Platform Integrity. JobzMall reserves the right to take appropriate action, at its discretion, against accounts or postings that involve clear fraud, impersonation, or malicious misuse of the Platform. Nothing in this Section creates any obligation for JobzMall to monitor for or detect such activity.

4. LICENSE TO EMPLOYER CONTENT

4.1. Broad License By submitting Employer Content, you grant JobzMall a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any medium now known or later developed.

4.2. Specific Rights This includes:
  • syndication;
  • reformatting, summarization, or translation;
  • use of Employer Marks in Platform marketing or customer lists;
  • training of internal AI/ML models.

4.3. Moral Rights Waiver To the fullest extent permitted, you waive all moral rights in Employer Content.

5. USE OF EMPLOYER NAMES, TRADEMARKS & LOGOS

5.1. Identification Only JobzMall may display employer names, trade names, trademarks, or logos (“Employer Marks”) solely to identify the employer referenced in job-related information. Such use:
  • is limited to what is reasonably necessary;
  • does not imply endorsement, authorization, approval, or partnership;
  • does not indicate employer participation unless expressly stated.

5.2. No Agency or Partnership Except where expressly designated on the Platform as a ‘Verified Partner’ or ‘Sponsored Employer’ in connection with a specific program, JobzMall is not an agent, representative, broker, partner, or intermediary of any employer.

JobzMall respects the proprietary rights and brand identities of employers and seeks to present identifying information accurately and in context.

6. COMPANY PAGES & DIRECTORY DATA

6.1. Nature of Company Pages JobzMall may create informational Company Pages from multi-source business information. Company Pages:
  • are directory-style listings;
  • may include content originating from multiple sources;
  • do not indicate employer participation unless explicitly stated.

6.2. Company Page Management & Removal Requests Authorized representatives of an employer may request updates or removal of their Company Page by contacting [email protected] or using the Platform’s reporting tools. JobzMall may, in its discretion, update, modify, or remove Company Page information after verifying the requester’s identity and authority. Because Company Pages are informational directory-style listings derived from public and multi-source business data, JobzMall reserves the right to retain or continue to display factual business information that is publicly available or necessary to avoid user confusion. Nothing in this Section guarantees removal of a Company Page, and JobzMall’s processing of any request will be handled in accordance with the procedures and limitations described in Section 8.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY

JobzMall uses a combination of automated systems, user and community feedback, and employer reporting to promote the usefulness and accuracy of job-related information on the Platform. However, because employers and third parties may modify, close, or fill positions at any time, JobzMall cannot guarantee that any job listing is current or that any employer is actively reviewing applications at the time you apply.

JobzMall does not guarantee:
  • that any job is current, accurate, open, or authorized;
  • that an employer is actively hiring or reviewing applications;
  • that job seekers will receive responses or employment;
  • the accuracy of third-party submissions.
No Storage Obligation. JobzMall does not guarantee the storage, retention, or continued availability of any job listing, Company Page, or related content and may remove or modify such information at any time with or without notice. All job availability is controlled by the employer’s external systems.

8. REPORTING, REMOVAL & COMPANY RIGHTS

8.1. Reporting Unauthorized or Inaccurate Listings Employers may report any listing or Company Page that is unauthorized, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading by contacting[email protected] or using Platform reporting tools. JobzMall welcomes correction requests from employers and will work with authorized representatives to address concerns in a timely and practical manner.

8.2. Processing Removals Upon receiving a valid and verified request from an authorized representative, JobzMall will process the removal, update, or correction of the disputed content in accordance with our standard takedown protocols.

8.3. Sole Contractual Remedy For any listing referencing an employer without authorization, the employer’s sole and exclusive contractual remedy is removal or modification of such content pursuant to Section 8. JobzMall will not be liable for any monetary damages arising from such listings beyond the obligations described in this Section 8.

These procedures are intended to provide employers with a straightforward, non-adversarial way to request updates or removals. JobzMall values accuracy and transparency and appreciates the cooperation of employers in maintaining useful job-related information on the Platform.

9. SPONSORED & BOOSTED LISTINGS

9.1. Eligibility. Only Employers who have successfully completed JobzMall’s applicable verification or onboarding review process may purchase "Sponsored" or "Boosted" visibility.

9.2. No Guarantee of Success. Sponsorship increases the visibility of a listing on the Platform butdoes not guarantee a specific number of clicks, applications, interviews, or hires.

9.3. Non-Refundable. All fees for Sponsored listings are non-refundable, regardless of performance metrics or whether the position is filled prior to the campaign end date.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and defend JobzMall against claims related to:
  • your Employer Content;
  • your hiring activities;
  • your misuse of personal data;
  • your misrepresentation or unauthorized postings.

11. NO ENDORSEMENT

JobzMall does not endorse any employer, job listing, or candidate. “Verified, ” “Sponsored, ” and similar labels refer to Platform-specific administrative processes only.

12. DMCA COMPLIANCE

Copyright notices must be submitted to [email protected]. For more information, view our DMCA Policy, which is incorporated into these Guidelines by reference.

13. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform and all job listings are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobzMall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or any job listing.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of California.

15. CHANGES

JobzMall may update these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

16. SEVERABILITY & SURVIVAL

If any provision of these Guidelines is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Guidelines shall remain in full force and effect. Sections regarding Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Limitation of Liability shall survive the termination of your account.
