What's the difference between a profile and a portfolio?
They’re the same thing. Your profile is your portfolio. It’s private by default, so only you can see it. When you turn on Portfolio Mode, that same profile becomes your public, shareable professional presence. Nothing is public until you choose to flip that switch.
Is my profile really private by default?
Yes. When you create a portfolio, only you can see it. You must explicitly choose to make it public.
Is my contact information protected?
By design, we don’t display your email or phone number on public profiles. Employers reach you through JobzMall’s messaging system.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your content is yours. You can export your resume, information, and portfolio assets from your account.
