  1. Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies to promote WageWorks and its services.
  2. Conduct research and analysis of media landscape to identify opportunities for media coverage.
  3. Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials for distribution to relevant media outlets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with members of the media, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
  5. Monitor media coverage and track metrics to measure the success of PR efforts.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency of brand image.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
  8. Create engaging and compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, and newsletters.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR, and make recommendations for improving PR strategies.
  10. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while representing WageWorks to external stakeholders.
  11. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for PR campaigns and initiatives.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and be a team player in a collaborative work environment.
