- Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other essential study documents.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
- Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to study timelines and budget.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the course of the study.
- Act as the primary point of contact for study sites, investigators, and study vendors.
- Train and mentor junior CRAs on study procedures and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare study reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate study updates and progress to senior management.

Extensive Clinical Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate For An Experienced Cra (Sr Cra & Principal Cra) Position At Thermo Fisher Scientific On The West Coast Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Research Associate. This Experience Should Include Managing All Aspects Of Clinical Trials, Including Site Selection, Initiation, Monitoring, And Closeout.
