Process required supplies of stoppers and over seals. Clean, assemble and inspect equipment for filling, including surge tanks, pumps, manifolds, nozzles, and associated tubing and fittings. Assemble equipment to specific drawings for specific Filling lines. Perform equipment rinse water testing utilizing a Conductivity Meter. Loads equipment into the appropriate washers according to the validated loading instructions and operates the washing equipment. Load autoclaves according to validated loading patterns. Operate and monitor the sterilization cycles to ensure they meet the program parameters. Complete documentation, status labeling and logbooks. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoots problems in specified areas, as required. Prepare and integrity test all filters used in production. Perform cleaning of classified and CNC areas in compliance with SOP’s. Prepare cleaning solutions and must be able to accomplish all daily, weekly, monthly and restoration activities for ISO Class 7 and CNC areas. Properly dispose of hazardous waste.
