
Director, FP&A - Experience Supporting Sales Organization
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-focused Director of FP&A to join our organization and support our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial planning, analysis, and forecasting efforts to ensure the long-term financial health of our sales organization. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of financial expertise, sales acumen, and strategic insight to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of financial planning and analysis experience with a focus on sales, a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and a CPA or CFA certification. You should also have a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques, as well as an in-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Finally, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
