Previous Teaching Experience At The College Level, Preferably In A Similar Subject Area.
Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Education, Psychology, Or English.
Demonstrated Expertise And Knowledge In The Subject Matter, As Evidenced By Publications, Presentations, Or Awards.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Students.
Availability To Teach During The Designated Class Times And Willingness To Work Collaboratively With Other Faculty Members.
