  1. Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the Entry to Baccalaureate program.

  3. Create and implement lesson plans that align with program goals and objectives.
  4. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and development.
  5. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  6. Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity and respects students' individual backgrounds and perspectives.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assignments.
  8. Communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and program administrators to address any concerns or issues.

  10. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, inspiring them to reach their full potential and pursue academic excellence.
  11. Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development activities as required.
  12. Adhere to the university's policies and procedures, including academic integrity and code of conduct.
  13. Support the university's mission and goals by promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  14. Actively engage in recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain students in the program.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials to enhance the student learning experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Teaching Experience At The College Level, Preferably In A Similar Subject Area.

  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Education, Psychology, Or English.

  • Demonstrated Expertise And Knowledge In The Subject Matter, As Evidenced By Publications, Presentations, Or Awards.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Students.
