  1. Design and develop financial models for balance sheet analytics, taking into account market trends, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop models that align with strategic goals.
  4. Monitor and maintain existing financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data inputs and outputs.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in balance sheet modeling and analytics, and incorporate them into model development as needed.
  6. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential market changes on the organization's balance sheet.
  7. Communicate complex financial concepts and model results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial models.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with balance sheet models, and propose solutions to improve model performance and reliability.
  10. Document all model development and validation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development as quantitative analysts.
  12. Collaborate with other teams and departments to support the implementation and integration of financial models into business operations.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on the latest developments in balance sheet modeling and analytics.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in model development and maintenance.
  15. Adhere to PNC Financial Services' code of ethics and regulatory requirements at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With A Focus On Balance Sheet Analytics And Modeling.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Their Impact On Balance Sheet Metrics.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, Python, Or Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Quantitative Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
