- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all treasury management needs
- Utilize expert knowledge of treasury management and financial industry trends to provide strategic financial solutions and advice to healthcare clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and analyze clients' financial needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
- Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements related to financial transactions and treasury management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the healthcare industry to better serve clients and anticipate their changing needs
- Coordinate and lead meetings and presentations with clients to discuss financial strategies and solutions
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and transactions
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Treasury Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Payment Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Clients.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis, Risk Management, And Cash Flow Forecasting.
