  1. Provide administrative support to the Specialty Care and Oncology team, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize departmental files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations for the team.
  4. Assist with the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  5. Coordinate and track departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated to key stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the department.
  7. Act as a point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
  8. Use various software and tools to create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and take minutes as necessary.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and assist in the organization of relevant conferences and events.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  14. Uphold a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Administrative Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Providing Administrative Support In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Managing Schedules, Coordinating Meetings, And Maintaining Records.

  • Knowledge Of Specialty Care And Oncology: A Strong Understanding Of The Specialty Care And Oncology Industry Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Treatment Options, And Industry Trends.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Draft Professional Emails, Create Reports, And Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Admin Assistant In The Specialty Care And Oncology Division, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Sensitive And Confidential Information. Therefore, Attention To Detail And Accuracy Is Critical In This Role.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, And Powerpoint. This Is Necessary For Creating Presentations, Reports, And Managing Spreadsheets. Knowledge Of Other Software Programs, Such As Salesforce, Is A Plus.
