  1. Conduct quality assurance reviews of internal audit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal audit function.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and digital departments, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of digital processes to evaluate and enhance internal audit procedures.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential areas of risk within the internal audit process.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on quality assurance initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in internal audit and quality assurance.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  10. Uphold the values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Internal Audit: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, With A Focus On Technology And Digital Processes. This Experience Should Include Conducting Audits, Developing Risk Assessments, And Implementing Audit Methodologies.
