What is the vacation policy at Mondelez International?
Mondelez International offers a generous vacation policy that allows employees to take up to three weeks of vacation per year. Vacation is accrued based on length of service, as follows: • 0-3 years of service: 10 days of vacation • 4-7 years of service: 15 days of vacation • 8-12 years of service: 20 days of vacation • 13+ years of service: 25 days of vacation Vacation is pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may also apply to take unpaid vacation days.
