We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Contracts Associate for our IQVIA Biotech division in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with site personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract related matters.
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and execution of contracts, and provide updates on contract status as needed.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on contract management, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify any potential risks or issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and correspondence, and update contract databases as needed.
  7. Monitor and track contract timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any delays or issues that may impact project timelines.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with site personnel to obtain necessary signatures and approvals for contract execution.
  9. Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of U.s. And International Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
