Job Description

IHOP is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to join our team and help deliver high-quality catering services to our customers. As the Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing catering orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing stellar service, is organized and detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage catering orders and ensure accuracy of orders.
  2. Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely arrival to customers.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
  6. Monitor inventory and restock catering supplies as necessary.
  7. Troubleshoot customer issues and develop solutions.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
  10. Stay up-to-date with current trends in catering services.
