As a member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and engaging with customers to meet their needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  8. Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers at all times.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience.
  15. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance to represent the company in a positive manner.
