Bachelor's Degree In Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Or A Related Field. A Strong Foundation In These Subjects Is Essential For Understanding The Biochemical And Cellular Mechanisms Of Drug Action.
Experience In Conducting Biochemical And Cellular Assays. This Includes Proficiency In Techniques Such As Elisa, Western Blotting, And Flow Cytometry.
Knowledge Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes. This Includes An Understanding Of Drug Targets, Drug Design, And Drug Safety Assessment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills. Scientists In This Role Must Be Able To Interpret Complex Data And Troubleshoot Experimental Issues.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Presenting Findings To Colleagues, And Publishing Research In Scientific Journals.
