
Marketing Associate
The ESPN+ Brand Marketing Associate will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of brand marketing campaigns for ESPN+, the direct-to-consumer streaming service from ESPN. Work with internal and external partners to evaluate new distribution opportunities, in order to maximize efficacy of brand campaign objectives. Work intimately with internal creative teams and partner marketing teams within DSS and ESPN to ensure consistency of brand messaging and creative from the perspective of look, feel, and tone in the marketplace across both standalone ESPN+ and the Disney Bundle. Build ESPN+ aided and unaided brand awareness across new markets and segments. Define KPIs to measure campaign success and forecast performance to inform accurate planning. Imagine, test, and iterate new brand promotional tactics across owned platforms, existing third-party platforms, and emerging channels
3-5 years brand marketing experience, with experience working on a DTC service. Media a plus
Experience leading and/or driving brand marketing initiatives for a national or international consumer-facing brand
Multi-channel expertise, with an ability to translate both physical placements and digital placements to KPI lifts
Experience coordinating marketing assets and approvals
