Does Digital Federal Credit Union have any diversity initiatives in place?

Yes, Digital Federal Credit Union has several diversity initiatives in place. These include an annual Diversity Summit, which focuses on increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, as well as fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance among team members. Additionally, DCU has launched the DCU Diversity & Inclusion Council, which works with the leadership team to create and promote initiatives that will foster a diverse and inclusive environment at the credit union.
