- Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies and processes to ensure the security and stability of Delta Air Lines' systems.
- Monitor and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Work closely with developers to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Extensive Experience In Software Development And Security: A Senior Devsecops Engineer At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development And Security, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Be Well-Versed In Coding Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript, And Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Principles And Best Practices.
Expertise In Devops And Automation Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Devops Tools And Technologies Such As Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, And Jenkins. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Automation Frameworks And Be Able To Implement Them In The Development And Deployment Process.
Knowledge Of Cloud Computing And Infrastructure: As Delta Air Lines Continues To Move Towards A Cloud-Based Infrastructure, A Senior Devsecops Engineer Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience Working With Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud. They Should Also Have Experience With Infrastructure As Code And Be Able To Design And Implement Secure Cloud Architectures.
Proven Track Record In Security Testing And Vulnerability Management: The Senior Devsecops Engineer Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Security Of Delta Air Lines' Applications And Infrastructure.
