Job Description

CVS Health is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Clinical Innovation & Investment Management to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for developing and implementing innovative healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful clinical initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, finance, or business administration, and at least five years of related experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions to advance CVS Health’s clinical strategies.
  2. Guide the development of strategic plans to promote clinical innovation and investment management.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
  4. Manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Analyze and assess clinical initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency.
  6. Provide guidance and direction to team members and support staff.
  7. Utilize financial analysis and reporting to ensure efficient and cost-effective projects and initiatives.
  8. Monitor trends in the healthcare industry and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  9. Facilitate collaboration between departments and stakeholders to drive success.
  10. Develop and present reports to C-suite executives on the progress and performance of clinical initiatives.
