  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for the contingent workforce program, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying sourcing needs to negotiating contracts and making vendor selections.
  3. Monitor and track procurement performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate contingent workforce needs across different departments and locations.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform procurement decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and staffing agencies, negotiating favorable terms and rates.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
  8. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for the contingent workforce program, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the procurement process, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably With A Focus On Contingent Workforce.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience Managing Supplier Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.

  • Experience With Procurement Software Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
