Job Description

The Recycling Coordinator has responsibility for planning, organization, and implementation of City recycling and/or waste management related programs. Oversees public outreach programs, regulatory compliance, day-to-day management and implementation of specific projects, Coordination with outside agencies and organizations, and data management and reporting. Supports the Administration Division including providing support for the City’s commercial and residential recycling programs, works closely with residents and commercial businesses to help evaluate compliance requirements pursuant to local, state and federal recycling requirements.

Job Qualifications

One year of administrative experience working in an environmental conservation and protection capacity.
Ability to work in a team environment
A bachelors’ degree is desirable.
