Store Associate

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Store Associate to join the Aritzia team! As a Store Associate, your primary job will be to provide outstanding customer service, help customers find the perfect products, and ensure the store runs smoothly. You’ll be a brand ambassador, responsible for representing Aritzia’s values and culture.To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent communication skills, a great attitude, and an eagerness to learn. You must be comfortable working on the sales floor, in the backroom, and in the stockroom. A basic understanding of fashion trends and Aritzia’s product assortment is also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to customers, including assisting them in finding the perfect product
2. Represent Aritzia’s values and culture
3. Maintain and organize the sales floor, backroom, and stockroom
4. Keep up to date on fashion trends and Aritzia’s product assortment
5. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers
6. Maintain a great attitude and demonstrate an eagerness to learn
7. Process customer payments
8. Assist with merchandising and store displays
9. Ensure store runs smoothly and efficiently
10. Ensure store is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
