
HR Technology Analyst (Workday & Automation)

- Analyze and assess current HR technology systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Utilize Workday and automation tools to create efficient and effective processes for HR functions
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand needs and requirements for technology enhancements
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance and improve HR technology systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors with HR technology systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HR technology to ensure 3M remains competitive
- Train and support HR team members on the use of Workday and automation tools
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure optimal utilization of HR technology
- Work with external vendors and consultants as needed for HR technology projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR technology systems and processes.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Workday's Functionalities And Be Able To Navigate The System With Ease. They Should Also Have Experience With Workday Implementation And Troubleshooting.
Experience With Hr Automation Tools: The Hr Technology Analyst Should Be Familiar With Various Automation Tools, Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa), To Streamline Hr Processes And Improve Efficiency. They Should Be Able To Identify Areas For Automation And Implement Solutions.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends And Patterns. The Candidate Should Have Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Be Able To Come Up With Effective Solutions To Hr Technology Issues.
Project Management Experience: As A Hr Technology Analyst At 3M, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects Related To Hr Technology And Automation. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Monitoring.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Will Involve Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Such As Hr, It, And Other Departments. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Different Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Train And Support End-Users On New Hr Technology Systems And Processes.
