  1. Coordinate and manage the enrollment process for research studies at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
  2. Work closely with patients, physicians, and researchers to ensure timely and accurate enrollment.
  3. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain detailed and up-to-date records of patient information and study progress.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and researchers to promote enrollment and participation in research studies.
  5. Conduct patient screenings and provide necessary information on research studies to potential participants.
  6. Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and researchers to facilitate communication and ensure smooth enrollment process.
  7. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to research studies.
  8. Collaborate with the research team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and improving patient recruitment.
  9. Monitor and track enrollment progress and provide regular updates to the research team.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and researchers.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on current research protocols and procedures.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions related to research studies as needed.
  13. Assist in the preparation of study materials and documents, including consent forms and protocols.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions related to research studies.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to provide exceptional care through personalized medicine.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Or Genetics.

  • Experience In Coordinating And Managing Enrollment For Clinical Research Studies, Preferably In The Field Of Personalized Medicine.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Human Subjects Research, Including Hipaa And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Data Management Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
