  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages with acute medical needs.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments and make appropriate treatment recommendations.
  4. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
  5. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
  6. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program

  • Active And Unrestricted License To Practice As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Massachusetts

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Urgent Care Or Emergency Medicine Setting

  • Strong Diagnostic And Treatment Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team
