This position is responsible for providing reliable and secure platform services to our internal and external customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement secure platform services for internal and external customers.
  2. Monitor and maintain existing platform services to ensure up-to-date security standards are met.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any platform service issues that arise.
  4. Research and analyze security system best practices.
  5. Develop and document procedures for platform services.
  6. Collaborate with other teams on security initiatives and projects.
  7. Educate and train staff on platform services and security protocols.
  8. Maintain security records and reports.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
