  1. Plan and deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics in art and art history.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the course objectives and learning outcomes.
  3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  4. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work to facilitate their growth and progress.
  5. Facilitate class discussions and encourage critical thinking and analysis.
  6. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of art and art history.
  7. Support and guide students in their academic and professional development.
  8. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the curriculum.
  9. Conduct research and contribute to the scholarly community through publications and presentations.
  10. Maintain regular office hours and be available for student consultations and support.
  11. Participate in department meetings and workshops to contribute to the overall improvement of the program.
  12. Adhere to the university's policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  13. Foster a positive and respectful relationship with students, colleagues, and university staff.
  14. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and make necessary improvements.
  15. Act as a mentor and role model for students, inspiring them to pursue their passions in the field of art and art history.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Art Or Art History From An Accredited Institution.

  • Prior Teaching Experience At The College Or University Level.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In A Specific Area Of Art Or Art History, Such As Contemporary Art Or Renaissance Art.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty And Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
