- Develop and teach courses in fashion design to undergraduate and graduate students, utilizing innovative and effective teaching methods.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, assisting them in developing their skills and achieving their academic and career goals.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the fashion design curriculum, ensuring its relevance and alignment with industry standards and trends.
- Stay current with advancements and trends in the fashion industry and incorporate them into the curriculum and teaching materials.
- Conduct research and scholarly activities in the field of fashion design, and publish and present findings at conferences and in relevant publications.
- Serve as an academic advisor to students, assisting them with course selection, degree planning, and career development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to organize and participate in fashion shows, exhibitions, and other events that showcase students' work.
- Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings, and contribute to the overall academic and administrative functions of the department.
- Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field of fashion design.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and academic excellence.
- Uphold and promote the values and mission of the University of Cincinnati and the Department of Fashion Design.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to academic integrity and student success.
- Attend and actively participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the department.
- Engage in service activities, such as serving on departmental and university committees, and participating in community outreach and engagement initiatives.

Master's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Teaching Experience In A University Or College Setting.
