Product and Service Delivery Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk associated with new and existing products and services.
2. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and applicable laws.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
4. Monitor and analyze internal and external risk factors.
5. Track and report risk management related activities and metrics.
6. Monitor and review risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Prepare and present risk management reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in order to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
