Barista Lead
He/she ensures service standards are met and surpassed at all times during their shift; ensures customers and fellow Team Members with a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere. Coach new hires through their learning. Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and retail items. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Performs and direct others to complete cleaning and operational tasks in accordance with the Duty Rosters. Place orders and perform special projects to assist with shift operations. Assist in store scheduling and adjust staffing to meet store business needs. Ensure the employees to the meal and break policies. Train and develop the employees to demonstrate all Starbucks customer service standards, operating standards and Star Skills.
Possess or obtain a California Food Handler Card.
