Thresholds offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance as well as life and disability insurance for eligible employees. Additionally, eligible employees may access employee assistance programs, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and health and wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Thresholds encourages its staff to take advantage of their vacation time and provides generous vacation benefits. All employees are eligible for up to three weeks of paid vacation per year. Vacation time must be requested in advance and approved by management. Additionally, staff can take up to three days of unpaid leave per year to attend to personal matters.

Thresholds follows a comprehensive set of safety protocols to ensure the safety of our clients, staff, and the community. These protocols include regular temperature screenings and health screenings for all clients and staff upon entry; the use of facemasks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment; strict social distancing guidelines; and increased cleaning and disinfecting of all public spaces and high-touch areas. Thresholds is also taking a comprehensive approach to telehealth to reduce the need for in-person visits.
