Responsibilities:
- Research and report on complex issues related to the justice system in Washington state.
- Generate story ideas and develop sources to acquire relevant information.
- Write accurate and timely stories that reflect high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other reporters and editors to ensure accuracy of all stories.
- Work with editors to ensure stories meet deadlines.
- Present stories to management for approval.
