Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses based on their individual needs and desires.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely customer service.
3. Help with daily operational tasks, such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and ordering supplies.
4. Ensure accuracy in the measurement and fitting of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
5. Educate customers on the different types of frames and lenses available, as well as the benefits of each.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Assist in the training of new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
8. Multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
9. Remain up to date on new products and services, as well as changes in eyeglass frames and lens technology.
