  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent brand marketing strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Create and maintain a strong employer brand that accurately reflects the company's culture, values, and mission.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand the target audience and create targeted messaging and campaigns.
  4. Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and events, to effectively promote the company's employer brand.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of talent brand campaigns and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee referral programs and other initiatives to attract top talent.
  7. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment of talent brand messaging and recruitment efforts.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and industry organizations, to support talent brand marketing efforts.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent brand marketing to continuously enhance the company's strategies.
  10. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive results and achieve objectives.
  11. Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent brand efforts with business goals and objectives.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the talent brand and attract top talent.
  13. Continuously monitor and maintain the company's online reputation and manage any potential issues.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to talent brand marketing efforts.
  15. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent brand marketing strategy to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Talent Brand Marketing Or Employer Branding.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital And Social Media Marketing Strategies.

  • Experience In The Technology Industry And Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape In Talent Branding.
