As a Customer Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record in transportation management.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Dedicated Transportation division to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all logistics and transportation-related matters.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and other staff to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to operations.
  8. Manage and negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
  9. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on department performance to senior management.
  12. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and capabilities to effectively communicate with clients.
  13. Keep up-to-date with advancements in logistics technology and implement them where applicable to improve operations.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation And Logistics Management, Preferably In A Dedicated Transportation Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Logistics Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Transportation Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, Suppliers, And Internal Stakeholders.
