
Sales Manager - Operations and Pricing

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Operations and Pricing team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market share and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to develop pricing strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and address potential threats.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Set performance goals and metrics for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to identify and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Report sales performance and progress to senior management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Pricing Strategies And Market Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth And Achieving Revenue Targets.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Negotiation Skills.
