How is the performance review process at Priceline?

At Priceline, performance reviews are conducted on a semi-annual basis. The reviews are conducted by the employee's manager and involve a discussion of the employee's achievements, successes, and areas for improvement. Goals are set for the upcoming period, and feedback is given on how to best improve performance. Employees are also encouraged to provide feedback on how their manager can best support them in their job. This feedback is taken into account during the performance review process.
