Pembe Candaner Named to Fast Company's Female Founders 100 for the Third Consecutive Year

JobzMall Co-Founder and President Pembe Candaner earns a place on Fast Company's Female Founders 100 for the third consecutive year, climbing to No. 25 among the most influential women in business.

IRVINE, CA — JobzMall today announced that its Co-Founder and President, Pembe Candaner, has been named to Fast Company's Female Founders 100 for the third consecutive year—an honor that places her among the most influential women building companies in Turkey and beyond.

First published in 2020, Fast Company Türkiye's Female Founders 100 recognizes companies that are majority-founded and led by women, ranking them by the scale and momentum of the businesses they have built. Candaner has appeared on the list every year since 2024, rising from No. 31 to No. 26 and, in 2026, to No. 25—a steady ascent that mirrors JobzMall's own growth.

"I have spent my life on a single conviction: that work should make people more human, not less," said Pembe Candaner, Co-Founder and President of JobzMall. "To be recognized three years in a row is humbling. But the honor I care about most is the one we earn each day from the millions of people who trust us with the most personal decision of their lives. This recognition belongs to them—and to every woman who was told to wait her turn and chose to build instead."

Across three consecutive editions of the list, Candaner has:

• 2024: Debuted among Turkey's leading female founders at No. 31.

• 2025: Advanced to No. 26 as JobzMall's revenue climbed into a new tier.

• 2026: Reached No. 25, extending an unbroken three-year run of recognition.

Before co-founding JobzMall in 2016, Candaner led some of the employment industry's most influential companies, serving as CEO of Adecco Turkey, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Kariyer. She helped legalize private employment agencies in Turkey and introduced modern working models—including temporary, part-time, and on-call work—and has advised the European Union on women's employment. An award-winning author of four books, a longtime columnist, and a former television host, she served on the Board of Advisors for Forbes Türkiye and has lectured at Boğaziçi University and the University of California, Irvine.

"Pembe has spent three decades opening doors in an industry that too often keeps them closed," said Nathan Candaner, Co-Founder and CEO of JobzMall. "Her values shape everything about how JobzMall treats people. Fast Company is recognizing what our team has known from the very first day: she is one of the most consequential leaders in the future of work."

The recognition arrives as JobzMall continues to expand its video-first talent marketplace across more than 140 countries, connecting millions of job seekers with employers through a more human and transparent approach to hiring.
