- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize technical content.
- Design instructional materials, including presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Ensure training programs align with company objectives and customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and incorporate them into training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the learning experience for customers and employees.
- Act as a technical resource for colleagues and provide support on training-related inquiries.
- Keep track of industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into training materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and drive attendance to training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities.
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable and professional technical expert in training events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Development, Preferably In A Technical Or Cybersecurity Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Experience Creating Engaging And Interactive Learning Experiences.
Knowledge Of Technical Topics Such As Networking, Cloud Computing, And Cybersecurity, And Ability To Translate Complex Concepts Into Clear And Concise Learning Materials.
Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools, Learning Management Systems, And Multimedia Software.
