What is Nissan's hiring process?

Nissan's hiring process starts with a resume screening. Your resume must demonstrate that you meet the minimum qualifications of the position. Then, you will be invited to participate in a phone or video interview. If the phone or video interview is successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. If the face-to-face interview is successful, you will receive a job offer. After you accept the job offer, you will be required to complete any necessary paperwork and a background check. Additionally, depending on the position and location, you may be asked to take a drug test.
