In the same period, Zurich removed 121 roles across a broad set of markets and functions, including underwriting, data engineering, and operations, with postings previously listed in Hong Kong, Paris, Milan, Zürich and São Paulo.
Net effect: a 21-position decrease in openings as the company recalibrates its staffing strategy, with continued emphasis on digital capabilities and risk management.
