Warby Parker Expands Hiring Across U.S. Stores

Warby Parker announced a nationwide hiring push, adding 867 roles across more than 100 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Open positions cover sales advisors, licensed opticians, optical managers, store leaders, optometrists, and technicians, with both full-time and part-time options.

Openings appear in major markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, D.C., plus numerous suburban and mall locations across the country, including Canada’s Yorkdale in Toronto.

The surge underscores Warby Parker’s ongoing push to expand its retail footprint and eyecare services, reflecting staffing needs across sales, clinical roles and leadership as it grows its store network.
