Larsen & Toubro announced a broad hiring push, adding 139 new roles across its global network as of September 15, 2026. Openings span locations from Abu Dhabi and Dubai to Chennai Head Quarters, Sharjah, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Surat, with postings also in Coimbatore, Vadodara, Indore and even international sites in Tashkent and Riyadh.
Roles cover a wide range of disciplines, including EHS, QA/QC, electrical and civil design, BIM modeling, PHE, HVAC, FPS, Piping, and site supervision. Notable verticals include Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) design and service positions, reflecting L&T's expansion in energy storage and allied engineering services.
The hiring drive aligns with L&T's ongoing expansion in energy, infrastructure and digital delivery, supported by multiple hubs such as Chennai Head Qrs, L&T Tech Parks in Bengaluru, Knowledge City Vadodara, and Hazira Mfg Complex. The company plans to fill roles across engineering, procurement, planning and project execution to support current and upcoming projects in the Middle East, South Asia and beyond.
