J.Crew Expands Hiring Across the U.S.

J.Crew is adding about 65 roles in a broad hiring wave across its retail network and supporting offices. Openings range from Sales Associate and Seasonal positions to leadership posts such as Store Director, Assistant Manager, and Coordinator, with roles at J.Crew stores and Madewell locations.

The openings span numerous markets, including California, Texas, New York, Washington, and beyond, and include specialized roles such as Senior Technical Designer for sweaters and knits, Visual Associate for Fifth Avenue, and an IAM Engineer at the company’s New York headquarters. The effort underscores the brands’ ongoing investment in retail presence and omnichannel capabilities.
