Ernest Health announced a broad hiring push, adding 242 job openings across its clinics and facilities in states from California to Idaho, Arizona to Colorado. Openings span clinical roles such as Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Pharmacists, and COTAs, as well as support staff like receptionists and cooks.

The company also reported 255 positions removed during the period, resulting in a net change of minus 13 roles. The shift underscores ongoing staffing adjustments as the organization balances growth initiatives with organizational realignments.

Significant activity appears in Post Falls, Bakersfield, Casper, Phoenix, and other major markets, with hiring events and student loan assistance programs noted as part of recruitment efforts. The company continues to focus on expanding access to care while managing workforce transitions.
