CBRE Posts 730 New Jobs Nationwide

CBRE Group released a broad set of job postings on Sept. 25, 2026, listing 730 new openings across a range of functions, including facilities management, maintenance, HVAC and electrical engineering, data-center operations, and admin roles. The postings span multiple cities and regions, with opportunities in Dallas, New York, Chicago, Phoenix, and numerous data-center sites.

Many roles are targeted at on-site management and technical positions, such as Building Engineer, Maintenance Technician, HVAC Engineer, Electrician, Mechatronic Apprentice, and BAS Controls Engineer, as well as program and procurement managers. There are also remote-basis roles like People Business Partner positions available across the US.

Preliminary tallies show 730 jobs added and 744 removed, resulting in a net decrease of 14 openings for this period. The wide geographic spread and mix of skilled trades, engineering, and support roles illustrate CBRE's ongoing emphasis on facilities and data-center capacity across the country.
