Bank of America is posting about 250 new roles across its global operations, with emphasis on technology, security and client services. Sample postings include Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Cloud Security Analyst in Global Information Security (Sydney); Vice President, Major Incident Manager (Production Services Specialist II) in Application Production Services & Engineering (Singapore); and roles in Mumbai, Chennai, Tokyo, Singapore and Dublin across finance, technology and operations.
On the other hand, the data shows 271 positions were removed during the same period, resulting in a net decline of 21 roles. The shift reflects ongoing workforce optimization across regions and functions, while BoA continues to hire for strategic priorities in security, cloud, and digital banking capabilities.
