Allina Health Adds 181 Jobs in September

Allina Health System expanded its staffing footprint in September, adding 181 new roles across hospitals, clinics, and care sites while 161 roles were removed, resulting in a net gain of 20 positions. The hires span nursing, therapy, imaging, surgical support, and administrative roles across facilities including Abbott Northwestern Hospital, United Hospital, Mercy Hospital, St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, and Allina Commons.

Growth is widespread across primary care, acute care, and specialty services such as cardiology, neuroscience, oncology, obstetrics, and rehabilitation. Openings target nurses, therapists, technologists, clinicians, and coordinators, reflecting Allina’s ongoing expansion of patient access and care delivery across Minnesota campuses and clinics.
