  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers in our network to ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for providers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and acting as a liaison between them and Molina Healthcare.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for effective provider engagement and partnership.
  4. Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement, providing guidance and support to help providers meet quality and performance metrics.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations, and communicate relevant information to providers.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and meetings with providers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.
  7. Assist with onboarding and training of new providers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively care for our members.
  8. Actively participate in the development and implementation of provider education programs and initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within Molina Healthcare to ensure seamless coordination between provider engagement and other business functions.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider interactions and activities, and prepare reports as needed.
  11. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support in developing effective provider engagement strategies.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to provider engagement to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent Molina Healthcare at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential new providers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Provider Engagement, Network Management, Or A Similar Role In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Value-Based Payment Models And Provider Reimbursement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Contracts With Providers.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Hipaa.
